Obviously, we are in unprecedented times and things are changing on a daily basis.
At CSIN we are exploring ways that we can help students who need to self-isolate or who need to social distance and are unable to attend our provision.
We intend to email work that students can complete, at present this work will need to be printed, if you have issues with this because of technological issues please let us know and we will try and come up with alternative solutions.
Also, we suggest that each student register with https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize and we will suggest units for the students to complete.
Below, is a list of websites which students might find interesting.
COVID-19 is a new illness that can affect your lungs and airways. It’s caused by a virus called coronavirus.
Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms
Stay at home if you have either:
- a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
- a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
Use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do.
If anyone in your household displays any of the above symptoms, please stay at home and contact CSIN, and we can advice accordingly.
