Yes, although we are not working from Bright House, SAIL is still fully operational.
You will have been given a login and password to our On-line Portal where you have full access to all the work set out for you. If you are unable to access the intrnet you will recieve a physical work pack with all the materials you will need to complete the exercises
Your Teacher will contact you for face-to-face teaching on-line. You will be able to ask any questions you may have and your Teacher will help and support you whilst you work from home.
Don’t worry about that. Your Teacher will be in regular contact with you to help and guide you with your school work.
Not keeping up with your work will affect your education and will have a detrimental effect on your grades. It’s really important for you to focus on your work each day so you are up date with lessons for when we return.
We are not sure when we will be able to return to school. We are hoping to be back really soon but we have to wait for the government to instruct us on when it is safe to return.
If you are sick and not able to carry out your work you just have to let your Teacher know when you speak to them. They will advise you.
There is a a link on the On-Line Portal that allows you to contact us 24/7 throughout the crisis so you can speak to us whenever you need to.
No, there is a games room where you can go to chill and play online. There is also quiz's, crosswords and other things to help you pass your time.
yes you will be able to chat with friends via the portal. the chat facility will be subject to normal rules and privacy policies.
Don’t worry about that. There is lots of work on the Portal to keep you busy and our Teachers are uploading more work every week.
Yes. Your Teacher will check your work once it is completed. They will also give you feedback on your work and offer tips on how to improve if necessary.
Once the government tell us it is safe to return to school we will get in touch with you and tell you what date we will be returning and what measures are in place.
